1. Who we are

OurFin is an Android and iOS app provided by Tito Albino Evangelista da Silva Junior. By using the app, you agree to these terms. Questions: ourfin.suport@gmail.com.

2. Your account

To use OurFin you sign in with your Google account on Android or your Apple account on iOS. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure and for everything done with it in the app.

3. What the app does and does not do

OurFin helps you record and follow your income, expenses and recurring bills. You enter the amounts: the app does not connect to banks, does not move money, does not make payments and is not a financial institution.

The information in the app is for personal organization and is not financial, investment, accounting or tax advice.

4. Your data and your entries

You are responsible for what you add to the app, for the accuracy of the amounts and for having the right to record information about other people you include. How data is handled is described in the Privacy policy.

5. Free and Pro plans

• With the Free plan, your entries are kept only on your device.
• The Pro plan is a monthly subscription that renews automatically, bought through the App Store or Google Play. The price is the one shown in the store at the time of purchase.
• Billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds follow the store's rules. You can cancel at any time in iPhone Settings or in Google Play Subscriptions, and Pro stays active until the end of the period already paid.
• With Pro, your entries and categories are also copied to the cloud, allowing backup, access on another device and the shared wallet.
• If Pro is no longer active, the cloud copy is paused and your data stays on your device.

6. Shared wallet

• With Pro, the wallet owner can invite other people by email. Whoever accepts the invite sees and adds income and expenses in the owner's wallet.
• The owner can remove people, and invited people can leave the wallet at any time, under Account.
• If the owner's Pro expires, the people in the wallet still see the entries, with the amounts hidden, and cannot add entries until the subscription is renewed.
• Agree with the people in your wallet on what will be recorded in it. Each person is responsible for what they add.

7. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app, under Account › Delete account. Your entries and categories are erased from the device and the cloud, and this cannot be undone. While there are people in your wallet, or if you are in someone else's wallet, you need to undo that link first. The store subscription is not cancelled automatically: cancel it in the store.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use the app for illegal purposes, to try to access other people's data without an invite or to harm the service. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

9. Availability and liability

We work to keep the app running, but it is provided as is and may have interruptions or errors. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for financial decisions based on the app or for losses caused by incorrectly entered information.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date of the last update is at the top of this page and, if the change is important, we will let you know in the app.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code and the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
